Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled by users up to one day (i.e. 24 hours) prior to the actual delivery date. Orders cancelled up to one day (i.e. 24 hours) prior to the delivery date shall be refunded 80% of the full amount within two working days.

 

2. Orders cannot be cancelled on the delivery day and no money shall be refunded in such case.

 

3. In case, the order could not be delivered to recipient due to wrong address, unavailability of recipient, the order shall be considered as delivered and no refund shall be made. However, the sender shall be informed immediately by Tuptakes for the same.

 

4. In case, the order could not be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances at Tuptakes, the sender can claim the refund. In such cases, the sender shall be informed through email/phone immediately and 100% of the money actually paid by customer shall be refunded. For refund of amount in this case, Please send a mail to mail@tuptakers.com with subject “REFUND FOR UNDELIVERED PRODUCT”. Following things has to be mentioned in the email
Customer Name and Address
Attach Reference mail from Tuptakes
Refund account details (Acc. No, IFSC code of the bank, Account holder’s Name)
Our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer.

 

5. Any discount, free gift item amount, shall not be refunded.

 

6. In case, the recipient does not receive the product, is unavailable to receive the product and his/her phone is wrong or unreachable, then Tuptakes shall consider the product as delivered and no refund shall be made for same.

 

7. Refunds for delivered items are issued in very rare circumstances, only for uneaten, and in the extremely unlikely possibilty, inedible items, and the items in question must be returned to the store first.
