How can I place an order?
Send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fill out the Inquiry form. Try to be as detailed as possible, including the date you need the cake/cupcakes and the theme/design (if you want customized cakes) and the delivery location. You may also leave a message on whatsapp at +91 9911439611.
Where is your shop located?
We currently operate only online, orders can be placed via email or whatsapp and payments can be COD or online through credit/debit card or netbanking.
Is it better to call or email?
We prefer emails and whatsapp messages, in order to avoid any confusion. Also, it’s easier for us to double-check the details of your request if we have a written request.
What is a good time to call?
Usually between 11am-8pm IST. If you are unable to reach anyone, please leave a text/whatsapp message or email us, and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
I can’t find a price list on your website?
We don’t have a price list because the prices vary with customization. Email us what you are looking for, and we will give you an estimate. Also get an idea of the rates here.
I don’t see any payment gateway on your website, how do I pay for my gift order?
We will send an invoice and payment link (by email or on whatsapp) only after we have discussed the order and finalized the details. Once you receive the link, you can easily make the payment online.
I know it is last minute, but why can’t you take my order?
We take only a limited number of requests each week, and plan the week accordingly. This is why we encourage our clients to place their order ahead of time. Though we sometimes are able to take last minute requests, it is not always possible.
Will the cupcakes look like the ones on the website?
All the items displayed on the website have been made by us. But, because each item is handmade, no two can look the same. So the cupcakes will look nearly identical, but no two batches can look exactly the same.
Do you offer classes?
No, but check back in the future.
Why did my order get cancelled?
If we do not receive confirmation by the requested time, we will need to cancel the order because there simply might not be enough time left to execute it.
